When one of my clients told me her hubby was coming home from his 7 month deployment and asked if I photograph homecomings, I was beyond excited to do it for her. I photographed their little newborn Andrew right before Stephen went on his deployment, so it’s been a long 7 months! Since then, I have been photographing the kids and Shelley and I am SO excited fo the 8 month session in two weeks because Stephen will be able to be in his family session this time! Amen to Shelley (and all the other military wives and moms) who are able to run a household with 3 children at home and daddy overseas…I am definitely not as strong as you and I am SO so so happy he is home safe!
I am beyond happy to have been able to capture this for you guys. Thank you so much Next time I will wear sunblock (I am a BRIGHT red lobster!) and bring tissues. What an emotional day!
