Ok I am totally behind in my blog posts and I apologize! I have been meaning to post Kiva’s first birthday session for a while- look at the cuteness! I am so thankful I was able to document one of my favorite families (ok I have a lot of favorite families I know) since her older sister was 6 months old. I am honored when I walk into their home and see the past few years I have documented for them all over their walls. The girls are very lucky to have these memories to enjoy when they are adults.
Our session was a little different than how my normal sessions go. I photographed them in the studio (which I do in rare circumstances) and Kiva got to enjoy her yummy homemade cake mom made. Although she didn’t really even eat much– the cuteness in her face made it all worthwhile <3
